摘 要:目的 探究化痰祛瘀方对顽固性失眠症患者的临床疗效及脑神经递质的影响。方法 选取大连市中医医院顽固性失眠症的患者88例,随机分为2组,各44例。对照组给予艾司唑仑片,试验组给予化痰祛瘀方治疗。比较2组患者治疗效果、睡眠情况以及脑神经递质水平。结果 与对照组相比,试验组治疗总有效率较高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,试验组治疗后睡眠持续时间、睡眠质量、睡眠效率、入睡时间、睡眠障碍、睡眠药物、日间活动障碍评分以及总分较低(P<0.05);试验组血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)水平较高(P<0.05)。结论 化痰祛瘀方可有效提高顽固性失眠症患者的睡眠质量,延长睡眠时间,改善焦虑抑郁情况,提升脑神经递质水平。Objective To explore the clinical effect of dispelling phlegm and removing blood stasis prescription in the treatment of intractable insomnia and the influence of brain neurotransmitters. Methods 88 patients with intractable insomnia in Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups, with 44 cases in each. The control group received estazolam tablets, and the study group received dispelling phlegm and removing blood stasis prescription. The therapeutic effect, sleep and brain neurotransmitters of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the sleep duration of the experimental group after treatment, sleep quality, sleep efficiency, time to fall asleep, sleep disorders, sleep medication, the score of day activity impairment and the total score were lower(P<0.05). Serum 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT), Norepinephrine(NE), the level of dopamine(DA) in experimental group was higher(P<0.05). Conclusion Dispelling phlegm and removing blood stasis prescription can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients with intractable insomnia, prolong sleep time, improve anxiety and depression, and improve the level of brain neurotransmitters.
