摘　　要：目的探究针灸联合穴位贴敷治疗脾胃虚寒型胃痛的临床效果。方法选取2019年7月—2020年7月由厦门市中医院收治的120例脾胃虚寒型胃痛患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,对照组60例采取常规中西医结合治疗方法,观察组60例采取针灸联合穴位贴敷治疗的方法,比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者在接受治疗后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合穴位贴敷的临床治疗效果相较于常规中西医结合治疗而言更为理想,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint application on stomachache of spleen stomach deficiency cold type.Methods 120 patients with stomachache of spleen stomach deficiency cold type treated in Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to July 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.60 cases in the control group were treated with routine combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and 60 cases in the observation group were treated with acupuncture and acupoint application.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupoint application is more ideal than conventional integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
