三字经流派推拿联合养胃增液汤治疗小儿厌食脾胃阴虚证临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨三字经流派推拿联合加味养胃增液汤治疗小儿厌食脾胃阴虚证的临床价值。方法选取2018年7月—2021年6月北京市鼓楼中医医院儿科小儿厌食脾胃阴虚证患儿85例,对照组42例予加味养胃增液汤治疗,观察组43例予三字经流派推拿联合加味养胃增液汤治疗,对比2组患儿临床疗效、中医证候积分、营养学指标及身高、体质量的变化。结果观察组愈显率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组患儿各症状积分均呈下降趋势,观察组中医证候总积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在改善主症及次症中口干多饮、大便干结、小便黄赤方面显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月观察组患儿末梢血液血红蛋白(Hb)、血锌(Zn)元素水平,身高及体质量的增长值均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三字经流派推拿联合加味养胃增液汤治疗小儿厌食脾胃阴虚证较单纯口服中药效果更佳。Objective To explore the clinical value of Sanzijing school massage combined with Yangwei Zengye decoction on infantile anorexia of spleen and stomach yin deficiency syndrome.Methods A total of 85 children with anorexia syndrome of spleen and stomach yin deficiency in Beijing Gulou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to June 2021 were selected.42 cases in the control group were treated with modified Yangwei Zengye decoction,and 43 cases in the observation group were treated with Sanzijing school massage combined with modified Yangwei Zengye decoction.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome integral,nutrition index and height,change in body mass of the two groups was compared.Results The healing rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups showed a downward trend,and the total score of TCM syndrome in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,xerostomia and polydipsia were improved in the main and secondary symptoms.Dry stool.The urination was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Hemoglobin(Hb)in peripheral blood of children in observation group 3 months after treatment.The levels of blood zinc(Zn),height and body weight increased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sanzijing school massage combined with Yangwei Zengye decoction is more effective than oral traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of infantile anorexia with spleen stomach yin deficiency syndrome.
