摘　　要：目的 探究自拟中药汤剂联合枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊对排卵障碍性不孕患者临床疗效的影响。方法 选取江西省宁都县妇幼保健院2019年1月—2021年1月收治的46例排卵障碍性不孕患者作为本次的研究对象,随机分为2组。对照组采用枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊治疗,观察组采用自拟中药汤剂联合枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊治疗,对比2组患者的临床总有效率,治疗前、后的子宫内膜厚度、卵泡数及最大卵泡直径,评价自拟中药汤剂联合枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊对排卵障碍性不孕患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组临床治疗总有效率为91.30%(21/23),高于对照组的73.91%(17/23),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后子宫内膜厚度比对照组厚,卵泡数多于对照组,最大卵泡直径大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 自拟中药汤剂联合枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊治疗排卵障碍性不孕,能有效提高临床总有效率,并且能显著改善相关指标。Objective To explore the effect of self-made Chinese medicine decoction combined with clomiphene on the clinical efficacy of ovulatory infertility patients. Methods A total of 46 infertility patients with ovulatory dysfunction admitted to Ningdu County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study, and they were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with clomiphene, and the observation group was treated with self-made Chinese medicine decoction combined with clomiphene. The clinical effective rates of the two groups were compared, and the endometrial thickness, number of follicles and maximum follicle diameter before and after treatment were evaluated from the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine decoction combined with clomiphene in the treatment of ovarian infertility patients. Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 91.30%(21/23), which was higher than 73.91%(17/23) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the endometrial thickness of the observation group was thicker than that of the control group, the number of follicles was more than that of the control group, and the maximum follicle diameter was greater than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The self-made Chinese medicine decoction combined with clomiphene in the treatment of ovulation dysfunctional infertility can effectively improve the clinical efficiency and significantly improve the relevant indicators.
