摘 要:塑造中医药学子的健全人格是当代中医药教育的一个重点。中医药文化有许多关于中医人格的精辟论述,“上医”“大医”“仁医”等。“大医”是中医药从业者的理想人格代表,有丰富的内涵,由唐代药王孙思邈提出。“大医”人格具有道德和技艺2方面的要求,不仅重视医技的精进,更重视个人品德修养,以实现“真善美”宗旨,对当代中医药学子的人格塑造有重要的借鉴意义。It is a key point of contemporary traditional Chinese medicine education to shape the healthy personality of traditional Chinese medicine students. There are many brilliant discussions on the Chinese medicine personality, such as “first-class doctor”, “great doctor”, “benevolent medicine”. “Great doctor” is the ideal personality representative of practitioners of traditional Chinese Medicine, which has rich connotation, which was proposed by Sun Simiao. The personality of “great doctor” has two requirements of morality and skill. It not only pays attention to the refinement of medical technology, but also pays more attention to personal moral cultivation, so as to realize the purpose of “truth, goodness and beauty”, which is of great significance for the personality shaping of contemporary Chinese medicine students.
