调神畅情针法治疗癔症性失语案

摘　　要：癔症性失语,多是精神创伤导致的失语症状,该病发作迅速,且易复发,对日常工作和生活造成严重影响。癔症性失语属中医“郁证”范畴,多与情志内伤和脏气素弱有关,以情志怫郁、气机郁滞为基本病机,故治疗本病以调神疏肝、理气解郁为主。此文总结王顺教授的调神畅情针法,论述治疗癔症性失语案1例,体现出调神畅情针法的安全与高效。Hysteric aphasia is a kind of aphasia caused by mental trauma. The disease attacks quickly and is easy to recur, which is easy to cause serious impact on daily work and life. Hysteric aphasia belongs to the category of “depression syndrome” in traditional Chinese medicine, which is mostly related to emotional internal injuries and weak visceral qi. The basic pathogenesis is emotional depression and stagnation of qi. Therefore, the treatment of this disease is mainly to regulate the mind and soothe the liver, regulate qi and relieve depression. In this paper, a case of hysteric aphasia treated by Professor Wang Shun was summarized. It shows that the method is safe and efficient.
