摘  要:目的 建立一种现代化煨制附子的炮制工艺。方法 选取煨制温度、蒸制温度、煨制时间、蒸制时间为四因素三水平的正交设计,以炮制品的物性参数量值为评价指标进行炮制终点判定。结果 煨制温度120℃,蒸制温度100℃,煨制时间36 h,蒸制时间90 min所得成品性状较优,与传统炮制方式比较区别不明显。结论 优选的炮制方法保留了建昌帮煨制附子的特色,建立了成品参数及量化指标,为煨附子的进一步研究提供参考依据。Objective To establish a modern simmering aconite processing technology. Methods Choosing the simmering temperature, steaming temperature, simmering time, and steaming time as an orthogonal design with four factors and three levels, and the physical property parameters of the processed product as the evaluation index was used to determine the processing end point. Results The simmering temperature is 120℃, the steaming temperature is 100℃, the simmering time is 36 h, and the steaming time is 90 min. The properties of the finished product are better, and there is no obvious difference compared with the traditional processing method. Conclusion The optimal processing method retains the characteristics of Jianchang Bang-simmering aconite, and establishes the finished product parameters and quantitative indicators. Provide reference basis for further research on Simmered aconite.
