5E康复护理联合天灸疗法在老年COPD患者肺康复的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨5E康复护理联合天灸疗法在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者肺康复中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年1月—2019年12月南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院收治的116例老年COPD稳定期患者。随机分为对照组和观察组,各58例。对照组常规护理,观察组实施5E肺康复护理联合天灸疗法。干预前后比较2组患者肺功能、再入院率、生活质量。结果 观察组各项肺功能相关指标水平均高于对照组,再住院率低于对照组,生活质量总分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 5E康复护理联合天灸疗法有助于提高老年COPD稳定期患者动静态肺功能,减轻其躯体症状,改善其生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of 5 E rehabilitation nursing combined with medicinal vesiculation therapy in pulmonary rehabilitation of elderly patients with stable COPD. Methods A total of 116 elderly patients with stable COPD were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from January to December 2019.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 58 cases in each. The control group received routine nursing. The observation group was treated with 5 E pulmonary rehabilitation nursing combined with natural moxibustion therapy. Lung function, readmission rate and quality of life was compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results The pulmonary function related indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the readmission rate was lower than that of the control group, and the total score of quality of life was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). Conclusion 5 E rehabilitation nursing combined with medicinal vesiculation therapy can help improve the dynamic and static pulmonary function of elderly patients with stable COPD, reduce their physical symptoms, and improve their quality of life.
