摘　　要：目的 探讨在痰喘散穴位敷贴治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽过程中应用中医特色护理对患儿临床症状的影响。方法 选择2020年5月—2021年6月辽宁中医药大学附属医院接诊的106例肺炎喘嗽患儿,依据随机数字表法分为2组,各53例。所有患儿均采用痰喘散穴位敷贴治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用基础护理,在对照组基础上,试验组采用中医特色护理,2组均连续干预7 d。比较2组临床症状改善情况、生活质量。结果 相较于对照组,试验组肺部啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、体温恢复正常时间均短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,2组生理、心理、睡眠质量评分及总分均提高,且试验组评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在痰喘散穴位敷贴治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽过程中应用中医特色护理可缩短患儿临床症状改善时间,改善患儿生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) characteristic nursing combined with acupoint application of Tanchuan powder in the treatment of pneumonia and cough in children. Methods From May 2020 to June 2021, 106 children with pneumonia and asthma in Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 53 cases in each group. All children were treated with acupoint application of Tanchuan powder. On this basis, the control group was treated with basic nursing, and on the basis of the control group, the experimental group was treated with TCM nursing. Both groups were treated with continuous intervention for 7 days. The improvement of clinical symptoms and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the time for lung rales to disappear, cough to disappear and the time for body temperature to return to normal in experimental groups were shorter, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After intervention, the physiological, psychological, sleep quality and total score of the two groups were improved, and the score of the experimental group was higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of TCM characteristic nursing in the treatment of children with pneumonia and cough can shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of children.
