耳穴压豆护理治疗产程子宫收缩痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨耳穴压豆护理对产程子宫收缩痛的缓解效果。方法选取2020年1月—2021年1月来萍乡市妇幼保健院进行治疗的96例产妇。按照随机数字表法分为观察组48例和对照组48例。对照组:镇痛泵镇痛。观察组:耳穴压豆护理。观察2组的VAS评分、疗效、不良反应。结果观察组术后2 h、术后6 h、术后12 h VAS评分均低于对照组同时期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组舒适度评分、镇静效果评分高于对照组,初乳时间早于对照组,哺乳次数多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组均发生明显不良反应,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论耳穴压豆对产程子宫收缩痛的缓解效果较明显,能够改善产妇的疼痛情况,提高产妇的舒适度、镇静效果,提早产妇的初乳时间,增加产妇的哺乳次数,应用价值较高。Objective To explore the effect of auricular point pressing nursing for relieving labor uterine contraction pain.Methods From January 2020 to January 2021,96 parturient women who came to Pingxiang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital for treatment were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=48)and control group(n=48).The control group was given analgesic pump analgesia.The observation group was given auricular acupoint pressing nursing.VAS score,curative effect and adverse reactions were observed.Results The VAS scores of 2 h,6 h and 12 h after operation of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and there had significant difference(P<0.05).The comfort score and sedation effect score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the colostrum time was earlier than that of the control group,and the number of lactation was more than that of the control group,and there had significant difference(P<0.05).There were significant adverse reactions in the two groups,and there had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Auricular point pressing has obvious effect on relieving labor uterine contraction pain.It can improve the pain of puerpera,improve the comfort and sedation effect of puerpera,advance the time of colostrum and increase the times of lactation.It has high application value.
