摘 要:通过密炼共混的方式制得白炭黑/硅土并用的热硫化硅橡胶复合材料。研究了白炭黑/硅土并用比对硅橡胶的硫化特性、应变扫描特性、力学性能和阻尼性能的影响。结果表明,硅土用量增加可显著延长硫化时间,降低硅橡胶的交联密度;同时,填料网络结构变弱,结构化效应减弱。邵尔A硬度、定伸应力和撕裂强度随着填料并用比减小而降低,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率随着硅土用量增加先增大而后降低,并分别在加入5份和15份硅土时出现最大值;压缩永久变形随着白炭黑/硅土并用比减小而增大,回弹性降低。随着白炭黑/硅土并用比减小,硫化硅橡胶的储能模量逐渐降低,损耗因子逐渐增大。当硅土用量20份时,阻尼硅橡胶的损耗因子在-40~80℃内稳定在0.3附近。The HTV silicone rubber composites containing silica/mineral silica GW-9 were prepared by banbury mixer.The effects of the blend ratio of silica/mineral silica on the characteristics of vulcanization,strain sweeping,mechanical and damping properties of silicone rubber were investigated.The results show that increasing mineral silica can significantly prolong the curing time and reduce the crosslink density of silicone rubber.Meanwhile,the filler network structure becomes weaker,and the structuring effect is weakened.Shore A hardness,tensile modulus and tear strength of vulcanized silicone rubber decrease with the decrease of combined ratio of filler.The tensile strength and elongation increase firstly and then decrease with the increase of mineral silica content and have the maximum values when 5phr and 15phr of mineral silica are added,respectively.The compression set increases and the resilience decreases with the decrease of silica/mineral silica ratio,the storage modulus and loss factor of silicone rubber decrease and increase respectively with the decrease of the ratio of silica/mineral silica,and the loss factor is stable around 0.3 in the range of minus 40-80℃.
