摘  要:以乙烯基硅油为基础硅油,添加端侧基含氢硅油、甲基硅油、铂金催化剂、乙炔环己醇等原料,制得双组分加成型硅凝胶。研究了乙烯基硅油的黏度、端侧基含氢硅油中活性氢质量分数、体系中SiH与SiVi物质的量之比、甲基硅油的用量对双组分加成型硅凝胶性能的影响。结果表明:当乙烯基硅油黏度为1000 mPa·s,端侧基含氢硅油活性氢质量分数为0.3%,体系中SiH与SiVi物质的量之比为1.4,甲基硅油质量分数为5%时,制得的硅凝胶性能较佳,易脱泡,硬度21度,拉断伸长率105%,黏度850 mPa·s。A two-component additional silicone gel has been prepared by vinyl silicone oil as the base oil,along with hydrogen-containing silicone oil,methyl silicone oil,platinum catalyst,acetylene cyclohexanol and others.The influence of the viscosity of vinyl silicone oil,the selection of hydrogen content of hydrogen-containing silicone oil and the molar ratio of SiH/SiVi,and the amount of methyl silicone oil on the properties of two-component additional silicone gel has been investigated.The results show that with the viscosity of vinyl silicone oil increasing,the elongation at break of the silicone gel firstly increases and then decreases;with the increase of the molar ratio of SiH/SiVi,the elongation at break and hardness first increases and then decreases;when the molar ratio of SiH/SiVi is 1.4,and the elongation at break and hardness reach the maximum.The loading of methyl silicone oil will reduce the hardness.When methyl silicone oil accounts for 5%of the formula,it shows the best result.When the vinyl silicone oil is selected as 1000 mPa·s,the hydrogen content of hydrogen-containing silicone oil is 0.3%,the molar ratio of SiH to SiVi is 1.4,and the amount of methyl silicone oil is 5%,the silicone gel is easy to defoaming and performs well.Its hardness is 21 degrees,the elongation at break is 105%,and the viscosity of silicone gel after mixing is 850 mPa·s.
