摘　　要：进入新时代,我国公共文化服务从高速发展转向高质量发展。加强基层文化建设,推动优质公共文化资源向农村地区倾斜,提升农村公共文化服务效能,是加快推进城乡公共文化服务体系一体化建设的关键举措,也是实现乡村文化振兴、激发乡村振兴内在动力的必要条件。乡村振兴是实现中华民族伟大复兴的一项重大而紧迫的战略任务,文化振兴是实施乡村振兴的重要内容和力量源泉。从加强财政投入、促进城乡均衡发展、优化供给结构、树立文化品牌、鼓励产业发展等五方面着手,双向赋能农村公共文化服务与乡村振兴、推动二者深度融合,不断满足人民群众日益增长的精神文化需求和物质生活需求,是推动高质量发展和实现共同富裕的重要着力点。In the new era,China’s public cultural services have transformed from high-speed development to high-quality development.Strengthening the construction of grass-roots culture,promoting the preference of high-quality public cultural resources to rural areas,and improving the effectiveness of rural public cultural services are key measures to accelerate the integration of urban and rural public cultural service systems,and are also necessary conditions to achieve the revitalization of rural culture and stimulate the internal motivation of rural revitalization.Rural revitalization is a major and urgent strategic task to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and cultural revitalization is an important content and source of strength for rural revitalization.Starting from five aspects of strengthening financial input,promoting balanced urban and rural development,optimizing the supply structure,establishing cultural brands,and encouraging industrial development,we should empower the two-way rural public cultural services and rural revitalization,promote the deep integration of the two,and constantly meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs and material life needs of the people,so as to promote high-quality development and achieve common prosperity.
