摘　　要：通过花楸优良品种组培体系的建立与完善,将带腋芽茎段为优良品系欧洲花楸US-05的最佳外植体进行试验。通过试验,确定欧洲花楸基本培养基,进行诱导与增殖培养,花楸生根培养和生根苗移栽等,分析欧洲花楸最佳外植体的最佳选择,对基本培养基的筛选等因素,为欧洲花楸无性快繁体系建设提供参考。Through the establishment and improvement of tissue culture system of superior varieties of Sorbus sorbifera,the stem segment with axillary buds was used as the best explant of superior variety of Sorbus sorbifera US-05.Through experiments,the basic culture medium of Sorbus europeana was determined,and induction and proliferation culture,rooting culture and rooting seedling transplanting of Sorbus europeana were carried out.The best selection of the best explants of Sorbus europeana was analyzed,and the selection of the basic culture medium and other factors were selected to provide reference for the construction of clonal rapid propagation system of Sorbus europeana.
