抚远市湿地现状及湿地管理对策措施研究

摘　　要：以抚远市为例,对抚远市2009年第二次全国湿地资源调查和2017年第三次国土调查的两次湿地调查成果分析,间隔期为8年,对比分析了湿地现状,找出湿地退化、湿地破碎化、湿地系统服务功能等方面存在的问题,提出湿地在管理中的法规制度建设、科技支撑、宣传教育保护意识等对策,提出相应的湿地生态保护恢复、湿地保护修复和积极推进退耕还林等湿地管理措施。Taking Fuyuan City as an example,based on the analysis of the results of the second national wetland resources survey in 2009 and the third national land survey in 2017 in Fuyuan City,with an interval of 8 years,this paper compares and analyzes the status quo of wetlands,finds out the problems in wetland degradation,wetland fragmentation,wetland system service function,etc.,and puts forward countermeasures such as the construction of laws and regulations,scientific and technological support,publicity,education,and protection awareness in wetland management,corresponding wetland management measures such as wetland ecological protection and restoration,wetland protection and restoration,and actively promoting the conversion of farmland to forests were proposed.
