摘 要:在“饲料禁抗”的时代,研究安全高效、无残留的新型植物性饲料添加剂对畜牧业的发展至关重要。植物提取物因具有资源丰富、生物功效多样、绿色安全及易于吸收等优势,已成为饲料添加剂领域的研究热点,而其成分分析及含量测定一直是饲料添加剂质量标准建立的技术问题。液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)技术结合分子网络(MN)在植物提取物成分检测方面具有精密度高、可视化程度强等特色。本文综述了近年来LC-MS/MS技术结合MN在植物提取物成分定性及定量分析中的应用,旨在为饲用植物提取物的成分检测提供理论依据,同时也为饲料添加剂质量标准的建立提供参考。In the era of“forbidding the use of antibiotics in feed”,it is very important to study new plant feed additives with safety,high efficiency and no residue for the development of animal husbandry.Plant extracts have become a research hotspot in the field of feed additives because of their advantages of rich resources,diverse biological effects,green safety and easy absorption,however,the component analysis and component identification of plant extracts have always been a technical problem in the establishment of quality standard of feed additives.Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)combined with molecular networking has the characteristics of high precision and strong visualization in the determination of plant extracts.In this review,the applications of LC-MS/MS combined with molecular networking in qualitative and quantitative analysis of plant extracts in recent years are summarized,in order to provide theoretical basis for the composition detection of feed plant extracts,and provide references for the establishment of quality standards of feed additives.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2022,34(11):6943-6952]
