摘  要:本试验旨在研究肉鹅剩余采食量(RFI)及其与体重(BW)、采食量(FI)、平均日增重(ADG)、饲料转化率(FCR)的关系。采用单笼饲养方法,在饲粮代谢能水平为12.13 MJ/kg、粗蛋白质含量为17.25%的营养水平下,测定240只渝州白鹅Ⅲ系公鹅3、4、6、8、10周龄的FI和BW,获得了3~4周龄、4~6周龄、6~8周龄、8~10周龄、3~6周龄、4~8周龄、3~8周龄、3~10周龄试验鹅的RFI、FI、ADG、FCR及各性状间的相关系数。结果显示:在各测定阶段,试验鹅RFI变异大,其中4~8周龄RFI最高为2157.02 g,最低为-2482.46 g,3~8周龄RFI最高为2675.55 g,最低为-2476.00 g,3~10周龄RFI最高为1845.27 g,最低为-2488.97 g,表明RFI的选择空间大;试验鹅各阶段RFI与FI几乎均呈正相关,其中3~10周龄RFI与FI的相关系数为0.689(P<0.01),提示RFI的选择可影响FI;试验鹅各阶段RFI与FCR呈正相关,其中3~6周龄、4~8周龄、3~8周龄、3~10周龄试验鹅RFI与FCR间的相关系数分别为0.701、0.604、0.651和0.572(P<0.01),表明RFI可以有效反映鹅的饲料利用效率;4~8周龄、3~8周龄试验鹅RFI与全期(3~10周龄)FCR的相关系数分别为0.422、0.525(P<0.01),表明4~8周龄、3~8周龄试验鹅RFI能够较好反映全期的FCR。试验鹅各阶段RFI与BW、ADG不存在显著相关(P>0.05)或存在较低的显著或极显著负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01),表明RFI的选择基本不受BW或ADG的影响。由此得出,在饲粮代谢能水平为12.13 MJ/kg、粗蛋白质含量为17.25%的营养水平下,各阶段试验鹅RFI变异大,与FI、FCR呈正相关,与BW、ADG不存在显著相关或存在较低的负相关,对RFI进行选择可影响FI而不影响BW或增重,可有效改善渝州白鹅的饲料利用效率。The purpose of this experiment was to study on the residual feed intake(RFI)and the relationships between RFI and body weight(BW),feed intake(FI),average daily gain(ADG),feed conversion ratio(FCR)of geese.At the nutritional level of 12.13 MJ/kg of dietary metabolic energy and 17.25% of crude protein,the FI and BW of 240Ⅲline Yuzhou white male geese at the 3rd,4th,6th,8th and 10th week of age were measured by single cage feeding method.The RFI,FI,ADG,FCR and the correlation coefficients between these traits of geese at 3 to 4 weeks of age,4 to 6 weeks of age,6 to 8 weeks of age,8 to 10 weeks of age,3 to 6 weeks of age,4 to 8 weeks of age,3 to 8 weeks of age,3 to 10 weeks of age were obtained.The results showed that the RFI varied widely at each measurement phase of geese,the highest value was2 157.02 g and the lowest value was -2 482.46 g at 4 to 8 weeks of age,the highest value was 2 675.55 g and the lowest value was-2 476.00 g at 3 to 8 weeks of age,and the highest value was 1 845.27 g and the lowest value was -2 488.97 g at 3 to 10 weeks of age,indicating that the selection space of RFI was large.There was almost a positive correlation between RFI and FI in each test stage,and the correlation coefficients between RFI and FI of geese at 3 to 10 weeks of age was 0.689(P0.05)or a low significant or extremely significant negative correlation(P<0.05 or P<0.01)between RFI and BW,ADG of geese in each test stage,indicating that the selection of RFI was almost unaffected by BW or ADG.In conclusion,at the nutritional level of 12.13 MJ/kg of dietary metabolic energy and 17.25% of crude protein,the variation of RFI of geese is large in different test stages,and the RFI is positively correlated with FI and FCR.There is no significant or a low negative correlation between RFI and BW,ADG.The selection of RFI can affect the FI without affecting the BW or weight gain,and effectively improve the feed utilization efficiency of Yuzhou white geese.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2022,34(11):6984-6993]
