摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮添加胆汁酸(BA)对16~23周龄日本鹌鹑生产性能、蛋壳品质和钙磷表观代谢率的影响。将960只体重和产蛋率相近的16周龄日本鹌鹑随机分为4个组,每组6个重复,每个重复40只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加40、80和120 mg/kg BA。预试期1周,正试期6周。结果表明,与对照组相比:1)饲粮添加80 mg/kg BA有提高产蛋率的趋势(0.05<P<0.10),显著降低料蛋比(P<0.05);2)饲粮添加40、80和120 mg/kg BA均极显著提高钙表观代谢率(P<0.01),饲粮添加80 mg/kg BA极显著降低磷表观代谢率(P<0.01);3)饲粮添加40和120 mg/kg BA极显著提高蛋壳钙含量(P<0.01),饲粮添加40和80 mg/kg BA显著提高蛋壳强度(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮添加BA可改善16~23周龄日本鹌鹑生产性能,提高钙表观代谢率,提升蛋壳品质;本试验条件下,饲粮BA适宜添加水平为80 mg/kg。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary bile acid(BA)on performance,eggshell quality and apparent metabolic rates of calcium and phosphorus of Japanese quails from 16 to 23 weeks of age.Nine hundred and sixty Japanese quails of 16-week-old with similar body weight and laying rate were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 40 quails per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,and the experimental groups were fed the basal diets supplemented with 40,80 and120 mg/kg BA,respectively.The pre-experimental period lasted for 1 week,and the experimental period lasted for 6 weeks.The results showed as follows,compared with the control group:1)dietary 80 mg/kg BA had a tendency to increase the laying rate(0.05<P<0.10),and significantly decreased the feed to egg ratio(P<0.05);2)dietary 40,80 and 120 mg/kg BA extremely significantly increased the calcium apparent metabolic rate(P < 0.01),and dietary 80 mg/kg BA extremely significantly decreased the phosphorus apparent metabolic rate(P<0.01);3)dietary 40 and 120 mg/kg BA extremely significantly increased the calcium content in eggshell(P<0.01),and dietary 40 and 80 mg/kg BA significantly increased the eggshell strength(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary BA can improve the performance,calcium apparent metabolic rate and eggshell quality of Japanese quails from 16 to 23 weeks of age;under the experimental conditions,the optimal dietary supplemental level of BA is 80 mg/kg.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2022,34(11):7158-7165]
