牛至精油对蒙古羊生长性能、血清免疫指标和粪便寄生虫的影响

摘　　要：本试验旨在研究饲粮添加牛至精油对育成蒙古羊生长性能、血清免疫指标和粪便寄生虫的影响。试验选择经过粪便检测有寄生虫的(4.5±0.5)月龄、体重为(27.38±0.85) kg的舍饲育成蒙古羊母羊30只,随机分为3个组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只羊。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,牛至精油Ⅰ组饲喂基础饲粮+7 g/(d·只)牛至精油,牛至精油Ⅱ组饲喂基础饲粮+14 g/(d·只)牛至精油。试验预试期10 d,正试期64 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,牛至精油Ⅰ组和牛至精油Ⅱ组蒙古羊试验各阶段平均日增重均无显著差异(P>0.05),第64天平均体重无显著差异(P>0.05),第1~64天平均日采食量和料重比也均无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,牛至精油组蒙古羊血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量显著提高(P<0.05),且牛至精油Ⅱ组血清IgG含量显著高于牛至精油Ⅰ组(P <0.05);牛至精油组血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。3)试验第7、14和21天,各组蒙古羊粪便寄生虫总虫卵数之间无显著差异(P>0.05);试验第64天,与对照组相比,牛至精油组粪便蛔虫、球虫虫卵数和总虫卵数显著降低(P<0.05),牛至精油Ⅱ组粪便绦虫、线虫虫卵数显著降低(P<0.05);各组粪便吸虫虫卵数之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,饲粮添加牛至精油对蒙古羊生长性能无显著影响,可显著提高血清免疫球蛋白含量,降低血清IL-6含量,降低试验第64天粪便绦虫、线虫、蛔虫、球虫虫卵数和总虫卵数,且以添加14 g/(d·只)牛至精油[折合纯精油1.82 g/(d·只)]效果较好。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary oregano essential oil on growth performance,serum immune indices and fecal parasites of growing Mongolian sheep.Thirty Mongolian ewes aged at(4.5±0.5)months and weighing(27.38±0.85)kg were randomly divided into 3 groups with 10 replicates per group and 1 sheep per replicate.Sheep in the control group were fed a basal diet,those in the oregano essential oil groupⅠwere fed the basal diet+7 g/(d·head) oregano essential oil,and those in the oregano essential oil groupⅡwere fed the basal diet+14 g/(d·head) oregano essential oil,respectively.The pre-trial period lasted for 10 days and the experimental period lasted for 64 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,there were no significant differences in the average daily gain,average body weight on day 64,and average daily feed intake as well as feed to gain ratio from days 1 to 64 of Mongolian sheep in oregano essential oil groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ (P>0.05).2)Compared with the control group,the contents of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)in serum of Mongolian sheep in oregano essential oil groups were significantly increased(P0.05);on day 64,compared with the control group,the egg numbers of roundworm,coccidia and total parasites in feces in oregano essential oil groups were significantly decreased(P0.05).In conclusion,dietary oregano essential oil has no significant effect on growth performance of Mongolian sheep,but can significantly increase the serum immunoglobulin content,decrease the serum IL-6 content,and reduce the egg numbers of tapeworm,nematode,roundworm,coccidia and total parasites on day 64.The effect of dietary 14 g/(d·head)oregano essential oil[equivalent to 1.82 g/(d·head) pure essential oil]is better.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2022,34(11):7210-7219]
