济南市某新冠病毒疫苗接种点老年人接种意愿及满意度调查

摘　　要：目的:调查老年人接种新冠病毒疫苗的意愿及满意度。方法:2021年6—8月,选取济南市某新冠病毒疫苗接种点的724名≥60岁老年人作为研究对象,分析其在接种点接种第2剂次疫苗的意愿及影响因素,并统计接种服务满意度。结果:724名老年人中,有87.15%的老年人愿意在该接种点接种第2剂次新冠病毒疫苗;是否有基础疾病、接种后是否有不良反应、接种点服务满意度等因素均会对老年人在接种点接种第2剂次新冠病毒疫苗的意愿产生一定影响;老年人对疫苗接种点的环境及基础设施、工作人员服务态度、排队等候时长的满意度分别为88.67%、84.25%、75.14%。结论:济南市某临时疫苗接种点的老年人对新冠病毒疫苗接种意愿及满意度较高,应采取针对性措施改善接种环境,并通过多种模式进行健康宣教,降低老年人排斥接种疫苗的心理,从而提高老年人接种新冠病苗的意愿。OBJECTIVE To investigate the willingness and satisfaction of the elderly to receive the COVID-19 vaccination.METHODS 724 elderly people above 60 years old from a vaccination site in Jinan from June to August in 2021 were selected by convenience sampling method.The influencing factors of their willingness to receive the second dose at the vaccination site were analyzed,and the satisfaction of vaccination service was calculated.RESULTS Of the 724 elderly people,87.15%were willing to receive the second dose of novel coronavirus vaccine at the vaccination site.Basic diseases,post-vaccination adverse reactions,and the satisfaction of vaccination site services will all have a certain impact on the willingness of the elderly to receive the second dose of novel coronavirus vaccine at the vaccination site.The satisfaction of the elderly with the environment and infrastructure,staff service attitude,and queue waiting time were 88.67%,84.25%and 75.14%,respectively.CONCLUSION The elderly at a temporary vaccination site in Jinan have high novel coronavirus vuccination willingness and satisfaction.Targeted measures should be taken to improve the vaccination environment and reduce the psychology of rejecting the vaccination among the elderly to improve the vaccination of the elderly.
