摘　　要：目的:了解山东省德州市夏津县恶性肿瘤死因及寿命损失情况,为精准防治恶性肿瘤提供指导建议。方法:采用SPSS25.0软件整理分析2017—2020年夏津县恶性肿瘤死亡数据,计算标化死亡率、死因顺位、潜在减寿年数等相关指标。结果:2017—2020年夏津县居民因恶性肿瘤死亡2389人,标化死亡率为108.97/10万,男性恶性肿瘤死亡率高于女性;45~64岁和≥65岁人群恶性肿瘤死因占比最高的是肺癌,分别为21.92%和30.53%;去掉恶性肿瘤死因后,期望寿命增加1.72岁,恶性肿瘤死亡造成的潜在减寿年数为4394.51人年,平均减寿年数为7.43年,减寿率为8.78‰。结论:恶性肿瘤已经严重威胁夏津县居民的健康,其中肺癌、胃癌和肝癌的死亡人数占比较高,应采取全面有效的干预措施,预防或减少恶性肿瘤的发生。OBJECTIVE To investigate the causes of death constitute and life loss of malignant tumors among residents in Xiajin,and to provide guidance and suggestions for precise prevention and treatment of malignant tumors.METHODS SPSS 25.0 software was used to collate and analyze the death data of malignant tumors in Xiajin County from 2017 to 2020,and the standardized mortality rate,cause of death rank,and potential life reduction years were calculated.RESULTS 2389 residents died of malignant tumors in Xiajin from 2017 to 2020.The standardized mortality rate was 108.97/100000.The mortality rate of malignant tumors was higher in men than that in women;lung cancer had the highest proportion of malignant tumors in people aged 45 to 64 and 65 years,21.92%and 30.53%,respectively.After the cause of malignant tumors was removed,life expectancy increased by 1.72 years,4394.51 years,or 8.78‰,and the average life reduction was 7.43 years.CONCLUSION Malignant tumors have seriously threatened the health of the residents in Xiajin,among which the number of deaths from lung cancer,gastric cancer and liver cancer is relatively high.Comprehensive and effective interventions should be taken to prevent or reduce the occurrence of malignant tumors.
