摘　　要：目的:分析上海市金山区婚前医学检查结果,为政府部门制定相关政策提供科学依据。方法:对2020—2021年上海市金山区妇幼保健所的2576份婚检结果进行回顾性分析。结果:2020年上海市金山区总的婚检率、疾病检出率和妊娠率分别为21.28%、12.33%和2.02%,2021年分别为21.45%、11.34%和2.13%,2020年与2021年各指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2020年金山区女性疾病检出率(14.74%)高于男性(9.06%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.756,P<0.05);2021年女性疾病检出率(13.56%)仍高于男性(8.80%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.600,P<0.05)。2020—2021年检出疾病以生殖系统疾病为主,影响婚育的疾病以乙型肝炎为主;婚检人群以大学及以上学历、公职/编制(军人、公务员、教师、医生等)、女性为主,分别占婚检总人数的57.88%、38.35%和56.44%。结论:2020—2021年上海市金山区结婚人群参加婚前医学检查的比例较低,政府部门应加强婚检相关工作的宣传和支持力度,尤其应重点关注低学历、非公职/编制、男性等人群婚前医学检查的宣传教育工作。OBJECTIVE To analyze the results of premarital medical examination in Jinshan district of Shanghai from 2020 to2021,in order to understand the current situation of pre-marital medical examination in this area and formulate corresponding countermeasures.METHODS A retrospective analysis of 2576 pre-marital check-up results from Jinshan district of Shanghai from 2020 to 2021,theχ^(2) test was used to analyze the data.RESULTS The rates of premarital examination,disease detection and pregnancy were 21.28%,12.33%and 2.02%in 2020 and 21.45%,11.34%and 2.13%in 2021,all of the indexes were not statistically significant(P>0.05).In 2020,the disease detection rate of women in Jinshan(14.74%)was higher than that in men(9.06%)(χ^(2)=8.756,P<0.05);disease detection rate in women in 2021(13.56%)was higher than that in men(8.80%),there was significant differences(χ^(2)=7.600,P<0.05).The diseases detected from 2020 to 2021 were mainly diseases of reproductive system,and the diseases affecting marriage and childbearing were mainly hepatitis B.The premarital check-up population was mainly highly educated,civil servants/employees,and women.CONCLUSION From 2020 to 2021,the participation rate of premarital check-up among married people in Jinshan district of Shanghai is low.Premarital check-up is an important measure to guarantee healthy birth.Therefore,the publicity and support of premarital check-up should be strengthened,especially the intervention of low education level,non-public servants/employees,and men.
