摘　　要：目的:了解北京市怀柔区流感流行特点,为更好地防治流感、保护易感人群提供依据。方法:对2021年北京市怀柔区哨点医院报告的流感样病例及流感病原学结果整合分析。结果:2021年怀柔区19家哨点医院累计报告门急诊病例1930512例,其中流感样病例为7732例(0.40%);共采集1885件咽拭子标本开展流感病毒实验室检测,其中阳性118件,阳性率为6.26%。结论:2021年北京怀柔区流感阳性检出毒株均为乙型Victoria系,流感防控高峰在冬春季,应加强流感流行高峰期的病原学监测,及时发现型别的构成变化,做好预测预警。OBIECTIVE To understand the characteristics of 2021 influenza in Huairou district of Beijing,and to provide basis for better influenza surveillance in Huairou district.METHODS An integrated analysis of Influenza-like illness(ILI)and etiological results from Sentinel Hospitals in Huairou District of Beijing in 2021.RESULTS A total of 1930512 cases had been reported from 19 Sentinel Hospitals in the 2021,with 7732 influenza-like cases detected and 0.40%of influenza-like cases.A total of 1885 throat swabs were collected for laboratory testing and 118 influenza nucleic acid positive cases were detected,the positive rate was 6.26%.CONCLUSION As the peak season of influenza prevention and control is in winter and spring,it is necessary to strengthen the etiological surveillance during the peak season of influenza,so as to find out the change of the composition of the influenza types in time and make a good prediction and early warning.
