地方品种南丹白裤瑶蚕采用平板与折蔟上蔟吐丝的对比试验

摘  要:南丹白裤瑶族人有饲养地方家蚕品种南丹白裤瑶蚕制作平板丝的习俗。对南丹白裤瑶蚕使用平板上蔟和使用折蔟上蔟的平板丝吐出率、化蛹率、化蛾率等进行试验调查,并以普通家蚕品种两广二号为对照,结果表明:将瑶蚕用平板上蔟吐平板丝时,吐丝量和蛹、蛾期的生命率指标均优于用折蔟上蔟营茧,而两广二号的表现与瑶蚕相反;相同上蔟条件下,瑶蚕相对于结茧吐丝的平板丝吐出率为140.25%,极显著高于两广二号;瑶蚕在折蔟中营茧时,双宫(多宫)茧率显著高于对照品种两广二号。试验证实瑶蚕是一个适宜吐平板丝的家蚕地方品种,且好结双宫(多宫)茧。Nandan white-trousers Yao people have the custom of raising local silkworm varieties Nandan white-trousers Yao silkworm to prepare flat silk.The rate of flat silk spitting,pupation,moth and others of Nandan white-trousers Yao silkworm using flat plate and folding cocooning were investigated,and the common silkworm variety Liangguang 2 was used as the control.The results shown that the spinning amount and the life rate of pupation and moth of Yao silkworm in flat cocooning were better than those in folding cocooning,while the performance of Liangguang 2 was opposite to that of Yao silkworm.Under the same condition,the flat silk spitting rate of Yao silkworm was 140.25%,which was significantly higher than that of Liangguang 2.The cocoon rate of double Palace(multi Palace)was significantly higher than that of the control variety Liangguang 2.Test confirmed that Yao silkworm is a silkworm variety suitable for spitting flat silk and was good at forming double Palace(multi Palace)cocoons.
