摘　　要：党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央立足于国家富强、民族复兴的战略全局,高度重视体育事业发展,对体育领域若干重大关系和基本问题进行了顶层设计和系统部署,提出了一系列新理念、新思想和新战略,构成了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。首先,从体育强国梦助力中国梦、把人民作为发展体育事业的主体、弘扬中华体育文化精神、深化体育改革、加大体育人才培养力度等方面梳理概括了习近平总书记关于体育的重要论述;其次,从马克思主义经典作家和中华优秀传统文化深入探讨了习近平总书记有关体育重要论述的理论源流;最后,从以建设体育强国和健康中国为目标、以发展群众体育为基础、以夯实学校体育为突破口、以振兴“三大球”为抓手、以推动体育产业发展为新动能等方面阐述了其实践进路,以期深入学习和领会习近平关于体育的重要论述,将学习成果转化为新时代体育改革和发展的生动实践。Since the 18 th CPC National Congress, based on the strategic overall situation of national prosperity an d rejuvenation, the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core carried out top-level design and systematic deployment of some major relations and basic issues in the field of sports attaching great importance to the development of sports, put forward a series of new ideas, new thoughts and new strategies and constituted an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.First, this paper summarized the sports-related significant exposition of General Secretary Xi Jinping from the dream of a strong sports country helps the Chinese Dream, regarding the people as the main body of sports development, carrying forward the spirit of Chinese sports culture and deepening sports reform and enhancing sports talents’ training;Then, discussed the theory source and course of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s sports-related exposition from Marxist classic writer and excellent traditional Chinese culture;Finally, the paper illustrated the practical solutions from treating build a strong sports country and a healthy China as goals, develop the mass sports as foundation, tamp school physical education as a breakthrough, revitalize the “three Big Balls” as an effective means, and promote the development of the sports industry as a new driving force.In order to in-depth study and grasp Xi’s important discourse about sports, and the learning results will be transformed into a vivid practice of sports reform and development in the new era.
