宫颈微波治疗术与干扰素联合治疗宫颈糜烂的效果

摘　　要：目的:对宫颈糜烂患者采用宫颈微波治疗术与干扰素联合治疗的效果进行探究。方法:选择本院收治的宫颈糜烂患者118例纳入到研究中,时间从2019年8月开始,截止到2021年1月。根据纳入对象入院顺序将其划分为甲组和乙组,每组各有59例。甲组接受宫颈微波治疗术治疗,乙组在此基础上接受干扰素治疗。对比两组的治疗效果。结果:乙组的总有效率明显高于甲组,差异显著(P<0.05);乙组的创面愈合时间以及阴道出血时间、排液时间等均明显低于甲组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在宫颈糜烂的治疗中,采用宫颈微波治疗术与干扰素联合治疗效果确切,可以有效促进患者的病情康复。Objective:To explore the effect of cervical microwave therapy combined with interferon in patients with cervical erosion.Methods:118 cases of patients with cervical erosion admitted to our hospital were included in this study.The time was from August 2019 to January 2021.According to the order of admission,the subjects were divided into Group A and Group B,with 59 cases in each group.Group A received cervical microwave therapy,and Group B received interferon therapy on the basis of this.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of Group B was significantly higher than that of Group A(P<0.05).Wound healing time,vaginal bleeding time and drainage time in Group B were significantly lower than Group A,difference is significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of cervical erosion,the combined treatment of cervical microwave therapy and interferon is effective and can effectively promote the recovery of patients.
