摘  要:为实现发动机内机油品质的精确检测,解决传统介电常数测量法中电容传感器误差源多的不足,运用具有极高准确度的可计算电容原理,研制了可计算电容介电常数测量传感器。首先,设计了可计算电容介电常数传感器的结构,并针对可计算电容的输出值与其中物质介电常数有直接的关系,完善了对应的数学模型,同时,建立了有限元模型进行仿真验证分析;其次,搭建机油品质检测系统开展机油配比实验研究。实验表明:该方法可以对机油的品质进行检测,输出线性度为±4.4×10^(-4)%,最大测量不确定度为7×10^(-7)。In order to achieve accurate detection of the oil quality in the engine,the shortcomings of capacitive sensor error sources are solved in the traditional dielectric constant measurement method,using the principle of calculable capacitance with extremely high accuracy,a calculable capacitor dielectric constant measuring sensor is developed.Firstly,the structure of calculable capacitance dielectric constant measuring sensor is designed,and for the output value of the calculable capacitor has a direct relationship with the dielectric constant of the substance in it,the corresponding mathematical model is improved,and a finite element model for simulation verification analysis is established.Secondly,an oil quality detect system is set up to carry out the experiment research on oil ratio.Experiments show that this method can detect the quality of engine oil,the output linearity is±4.4×10^(-4)%,the maximum measurement uncertainty is 7×10^(-7).
