摘 要:为了解决传统型电磁超声表面波换能器在大构件表面缺陷检测时换能效率低,提出一种改进型电磁超声表面波换能器,采用具有1 mm固定间隔的周期性永磁体。通过二维有限元仿真和实验分析,结果表明:改进的换能器的最大磁通密度模、磁通密度x分量和y分量分别是传统型的1.61,1.59,2.14倍;改进型电磁超声表面波换能器激发的表面波在选取的二维截点处位移场x分量是传统型的1.73倍。实验结果表明:传统型和改进型接收电压幅值最大值分别为4.05,7.94 mV,后者为前者的1.92倍。In order to solve the problem of low conversion efficiency of traditional electromagnetic ultrasonic surface wave transducers in the detection of surface defects of large components, an improved electromagnetic ultrasonic surface wave transducer is proposed, which adopts periodicity magnets with a fixed interval of 1 mm permanent.The performance is analyzed through two-dimensional finite element simulation and experiment.The results show that the maximum magnetic flux density mode of the improved transducer, x component and y component of the magnetic flux density is 1.61,1.59 and 2.14 times that of the traditional type, respectirely.The displacement field x component of the surface wave excited by the improved electromagnetic ultrasonic surface wave transducer at the selected two-dimensional intercept point is 1.73 times that of the traditional type.The experimental results show that the maximum receiving voltage amplitude of the traditional and improved electromagnetic ultrasonic surface wave transducer is 4.05 mV and 7.94 mV,respectirely.The latter is 1.92 times that of the the former.
