摘 要:汽车门锁铆点高度检测是门锁装配质量检测中一道重要的工序。为了测量沾染油污的汽车门锁铆点的高度,设计了一种基于电阻式位移传感器的高度测量系统,系统由硬件和软件2部分组成。首先,对系统的硬件进行了设计;其次,针对位移传感器的输出非线性问题,提出了一种基于电压补偿的传感器误差校正方法;为了消除传感器安装而导致的系统误差,设计了一种基准误差校正模型;最后,提出了一种铆点高度计算方法。实验数据表明:系统的重复测量精度小于0.01 mm,符合系统的测量精度要求。Car door lock riveting point height detection is an important process in door lock assembly quality inspection.In order to measure the height of the riveting point that contaminated with lubricating oil, a height measurement system based on resistive displacement sensor is designed, which is composed of hardware and software.Firstly, the hardware of the system is designed.Secondly, aiming at the output nonlinearity of the displacement sensor, a sensor error correction method based on voltage compensation is proposed.In order to eliminate the system error caused by sensor installation, a reference error correction model is designed.Finally, a calculation method of riveting point height is proposed.The experimental data shows that the repeated accuracy of the system is less than 0.01 mm, which meets the measurement accuracy requirements.
