摘 要:轴流压缩机原型机一般尺寸大。受到试验台位功率、转速、空间等试验条件的限制,相关厂商通常不具备对原型机进行气动性能试验的条件。此时,一般根据相似原理,对模型机进行气动性能试验,从而获得原型机的气动性能。当模型机与原型机的模化比较小时,通过相似原理获得的原型机气动性能不准确。本文提出一种轴流压缩机模型机与原型机的性能映射方法,该方法能够解决模型机与原型机的模化比较小时,通过相似原理获得的原型机气动性能不准确的问题,从而可以获得更加准确的原型机的气动性能。The prototype of axial flow compressor is generally large in size.Limited by test conditions such as power,speed and space,compressor manufacturers usually can’t perform aerodynamic performance test on the prototype.According to the similarity principle,the aerodynamic performance of the model compressor is tested to obtain the aerodynamic performance of the prototype compressor.When the scale factor between the model compressor and the prototype compressor is small,the aerodynamic performance of the prototype compressor obtained by similarity principle is not accurate.In this paper,a performance mapping method between model and prototype of axial flow compressor is proposed.This method can solve the problem of inaccurate aerodynamic performance of the prototype obtained by similarity principle when the modeling ratio of model and prototype are relatively small,so as to obtain more accurate aerodynamic performance of the prototype compressor.
