摘  要:针对某电厂330MW机组循环水泵电机振动的故障问题,利用振动分析仪器,根据现场测量的振动原始数据,找出引起循环水泵电机振动的原因,剖析振动机理,并从频谱分析出发,对循环水泵电机振动故障问题进行诊断,利用失电试验和共振试验判断振动故障,根据检修工艺处理轴承问题,最后通过消除因电磁力引起的振动,达到消除振动故障问题的目的。Aiming at the vibration failure of circulating pump motor in 330MW unit of a power plant,using vibration analysis instruments,to find out the causes and mechanism of circulating water pump motor vibration according to the on-site measuring the vibration of the original data.Starting from the frequency spectrum analysis,the problem of vibration fault of circulating water pump motor is diagnosed using the loss of electric experiment and resonance vibration fault.According to the repair technology to tackle the problem of bearing which bring the vibration problem caused by electromagnetic force,the vibration fault problem is solved.
