摘 要:在单体试车时,乙烯气压缩机汽轮机驱动端的径向轴承可倾瓦块出现温度异常,温度达到102℃,危及汽轮机安全运行。通过对进油压力、进油温度分析及油压现场调节,排除外部因素(如油压和油温等对瓦块温度的影响),确认径向轴承内部因素造成的瓦块温度异常。分析轴瓦间隙、瓦块摆动状况、瓦块厚度、瓦块磨损、喷嘴状况及瓦块油楔角对轴瓦油膜、瓦块受力、摩擦系数、热平衡等动态特性的影响,对轴瓦进行拆检、观察、对比和测量,发现瓦块喷油孔径和瓦块油楔角偏小,确认瓦块承载面油量不足是导致瓦块温度过高的根本原因。通过增大瓦块喷油嘴开孔尺寸,刮研瓦块油楔面来调整瓦面进油口深度和油楔宽度,增大油楔角,改善瓦块油膜特性和散热效果,消除瓦块温度异常,使可倾瓦实现安全、稳定运行。The temperature of the radial bearing of steam turbine for ethylene compressor was reached to 102℃during the test of the steam turbine.The analysis of oil inlet pressure,oil inlet temperature and oil pressure field adjustment was carried out to eliminated the influence of external factors such as oil pressure and oil temperature on the tiling pad temperature,and confirmed that the radial bearing itself caused abnormal tiling pad temperature.Analyzed the influence of tiling pad gap,tiling pad swing condition,tiling pad thickness,tiling pad wear,nozzle condition and tiling pad oil wedge angle on the dynamic characteristics of tiling pad oil film,tiling pad force,friction coefficient,thermal balance,removed the shaft tiling pad and found that the tiling pad injection aperture and tiling pad oil wedge angle was small through observation,comparison and measurement,which confirmed that insufficient oil was the fundamental cause of excessive tiling pad temperature.Increased the opening size of the tiling pad injection nozzle,scraped the tiling pad oil wedge to adjust the depth of the tiling pad oil inlet and the width of the oil wedge,increased the oil wedge angle,improved the tiling pad oil film characteristics and heat dissipation effect,eliminated the abnormal tiling pad temperature,and achieved safe and stable operation.
