摘 要:更换新锅炉引风机后,风机出口渐扩管阻力高达1694Pa,风机段整体效率不足50%,造成锅炉负荷无法提升。对风机进行性能测试并分析、研究,得出其原因是:更换新风机时,没有对风机进口进风箱和集流器进行相应调整。将进风箱抬高350mm后,风机性能达到标定值,渐扩管阻力也大幅下降,风机段整体效率提升至75%,达到了初始设计目标。After the boiler induced draft fan was replaced with a new fan,the resistance of the diffuser is up to 1694Pa,and the overall efficiency of the fan section was less than 50%,resulting in the failure to improve the boiler load.The performance test,analysis and research of the fan are carried out,and it was concluded that the reason for the failure to adjust the inlet bellows and flow collector at the inlet of the fan when the new fan was replaced.After the inlet box was raised by 350mm,the fan performance parameter reaches the rated value,the resistance of the diffuser is also greatly reduced,and the overall efficiency of the fan section was increased to 75%,The initial design goal was achieved.
