摘　　要：介绍了鼓风机振动在线监测与故障诊断系统的组成、数据采集和软件设计。该系统用于公司鼓风机的在线振动监测和故障诊断,通过案例说明该检测系统可以诊断故障类型和原因,根据诊断结果采取有针对性的处理方案和备料,节省了维修成本和时间。对今后振动在线监测与诊断技术的推广应用提出了建议。The composition,data acquisition and software design of vibration online monitoring and fault diagnosis system were introduced.The system was used for online vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis of blower.An engineering case is imtrodused to show that this online monitoring system can diagnose the fault type and cause,and adopt targeted treatment scheme and material preparation were cartied out to solve the vibration problem which feduce the maintenance cost and save time.
