摘  要:针对某汽驱引风机叶片开裂问题,对引风机及烟风系统进行了热态试验、振动测试、气动测试、叶片固有频率测试、数值模拟分析等工作,详细分析了可能产生叶片裂纹的原因。数据分析结果表明,叶片断裂的主因是风机变转速运行过程中存在共振现象。如果风机频繁超过共振转速,长时间运行很容易发生疲劳开裂。最后,建议通过烟道优化和避开共振转速的办法来解决叶片开裂问题。Aiming at the problem of blade cracking of a steam-driven induced draft fan,thermal state test,vibration test,aerodynamic test,blade natural frequency test and numerical simulation analysis were carried out on the induced draft fan and flue gas system,and the possible reasons for blade cracking were analyzed.The data analysis results show that the main cause of blade cracking was the resonance phenomenon during the variable speed operation of the fan.If the fan frequently exceeds the resonant speed,fatigue cracking will easily occur after long-term operation.Finally,it was recommended to solve the problem of blade breakage by optimizing the flue and avoiding the resonance speed.
