摘 要:根据乏气风机的叶轮损坏问题,首先采用SolidWorks三维软件对乏气风机叶轮进行实体建模,其次运用有限元分析软件对叶轮进行结构强度和模态仿真分析,最后根据计算结果找出叶轮强度和刚度较弱部位,分别进行结构改进,优化改进后的叶轮结构具有较高的屈服强度安全系数,且叶轮变形量减小。对后续类似叶轮研究提供参考。According to the damage problem of the impeller of the aeration fan,firstly,the solid modeling of the impeller of the aeration fan was carried out by using the SolidWorks three-dimensional software,secondly,the structural strength and modal simulation analysis of the impeller were carried out by using the finite element analysis software,and finally the parts with weak strength and stiffness of the impeller were found out according to the calculation results for structural improvement respectively.The optimized and improved impeller structure has a higher yield strength safety factor,and the impeller deformation was reduced.It provides a reference for the follow-up study of similar impellers.
