摘　　要：目的:通过调查我国网上药店的运营状态与贵州省贵阳市居民消费者的使用情况,分析线上药店的优势与不足,为推动网上药店在我国医药电子商务领域的发展提供帮助。方法:采用问卷调查法调查贵阳市居民使用网上药店的情况。结果:73.08%的调查对象对网上药店有一定了解,70.70%的调查对象有网上购药行为。其中,约50%的调查对象曾从网上药店购买过处方药。调查对象接受网上药店提供的药学服务的情况参差不齐,35.15%的调查对象使用过药师在线咨询服务,仅有4.00%的调查对象使用过药品真伪查询服务。结论:网上药店的使用比较普遍,可以较好地满足城市居民药品的需求,但仍存在一些问题。建议监管部门完善互联网药品经营相关法律制度并加强管理;建议企业提高药学服务质量并完善物流运输条件;建议行业协会加强行业自律和信用规范化管理,共同推动网上药店的发展。Objective:To investigate the operating status of online pharmacies and usage of Guiyang resident consumer,the advantages and disadvantages of online pharmacies were analyzed to provide help for promoting the development of online pharmacies in the field of medical e-commerce in China.Methods:To investigate the use of online pharmacies by Guiyang residents through questionnaire survey method.Results:73.08%of the respondents had some knowledge of online pharmacies,and 70.70%of the respondents have purchased drugs online.Among them,about 50%of the survey respondents have used online pharmacies to purchase prescription drugs.There were 35.15%of the survey respondents who have used the online pharmacist consultation service,while only 4.00%survey respondents who have used the drug authenticity inquiry service.Conclusion:Online pharmacies are commonly used,and can better meet the needs of urban residents,but there are still some problems.It is suggested that the regulatory departments improve the legal system and strengthen the management of Internet drug management;enterprises improve the quality of pharmaceutical care and improve the logistics and transportation conditions;and the industry association strengthen the industry self-discipline and standardized credit management to promote the development of online drugstores.
