摘　　要：随着我国卫星通信技术的不断革新,卫星通信项目数量急剧增加,有效的管理方法显得尤为重要。文章介绍了项目管理方法在卫星移动通信项目中的应用,通过进度控制、质量控制、成本控制等方面更经济有效地进行项目管理。With the continuous innovation of satellite communication technology in China,the number of satellite communication projects is increasing rapidly,and the effective management method is particularly important.This paper introduces the application of project management method in satellite mobile communication project,and makes project management more economical and effective through schedule control,quality control,cost control and so on.
