摘　　要：文章以我国网络运行维护管理制度的演变过程为出发点,对网络运行维护管理现状、管理侧重点与目标、影响网络稳定的因素、运维管理工作中的不足进行分析,提出了适用于现代社会发展的通信网络运行维护管理体系的创新举措。This paper starts with the evolution process of China’s network operation and maintenance management system,analyzes the status quo of network operation and maintenance management,management priorities and objectives,factors affecting network stability,and deficiencies in operation and maintenance management one by one,and finally sorts out ideas,summarizes innovative measures of communication network operation and maintenance management system applicable to the development of modern society.
