摘 要:我国是病毒性肝炎高发国家,病毒性肝炎可发生许多并发症,危害患者身心健康,严重者威胁患者生命,早期诊断病毒性肝炎相关并发症对指导临床治疗具有重要意义。人工智能(AI)在医学领域逐渐普及,超声AI在肝脏疾病领域的研究与应用也日渐深入。超声AI对大量病毒性肝炎患者的临床数据和影像资料特征进行分析,建立各种算法模型,为临床提供快速诊断的新方法,是近年来的研究热点。本文就超声AI在病毒性肝炎相关并发症中的应用新进展进行综述。China has a high incidence of viral hepatitis,viral hepatitis can occur many complications,endanger the physical and mental health of patients,seriously threaten the lives of patients,early diagnosis of viral hepatitis-related complications is of great significance to guide clinical treatment.Artificial intelligence is becoming more and more popular in the field of medicine,and the research and application of ultrasonic artificial intelligence in the field of liver diseases is also deepening day by day.Ultrasonic artificial intelligence is a research hotspot in recent years to analyze the characteristics of clinical data and imaging data of a large number of patients with viral hepatitis and to establish various algorithm models to provide a new method of rapid diagnosis for clinic.This article reviews the new progress in the application of ultrasonic artificial intelligence in viral hepatitis-related complications.
