摘　　要：不合脚的鞋子会对儿童的足部发育产生非常严重的影响,甚至造成足部畸形(如拇外翻)。目前,市场上销售的很多童鞋并没有根据儿童在不同时期足部骨骼的发育变化进行合理的设计,从而影响了儿童足部的健康发展。文章主要从不合脚的鞋对儿童脚造成的危害、儿童在不同年龄段的骨骼发育特点以及不同年龄段童鞋设计的特点三方面进行论述,以期用科学合理的设计方法预防儿童足部畸形,保护儿童足部健康。Ill-fitting footwear can cause serious foot problems and deformities(e.g.hallux valgus)among children.Currently,most of footwear might not be designed specially to fit children at the different stages of their growth.This study focused on the investigation on the effect of ill-fitting footwear on children foot health,the foot development at different stages,and the feature of footwear design with the foot development,aiming to protect children foot health with suitable design method.
