摘  要:韶钢高炉使用的原料中Al_(2)O_(3)含量偏高,理论入炉量高达17%以上,长期高于16%,导致高炉渣性能波动大,影响高炉顺行。通过对韶钢高炉炉渣粘度和熔化性温度进行试验,分析韶钢高炉炉渣的物理特征;并对在不同Al_(2)O_(3)配比下,高炉渣合适的碱度、MgO含量以及温度控制进行相关的试验研究,将试验数据与国内外典型高炉炉渣成分进行对比分析,提出韶钢高炉的合理造渣制度,为铁前配矿、高炉炉渣调节提供技术支撑,确保高炉顺行高产。the Al_(2)O_(3)content in the raw materials used in the blast furnace at SGIS is high,and the theoretical feeding amount is up to more than 17%,which is higher than 16%for a long time,resulting in large fluctuations in the performance of blast furnace slag and affecting the smooth operation.This paper analyzes the physical characteristics of blast furnace slag at SGIS by testing its viscosity and melting temperature.The appropriate basicity,MgO content and temperature control of blast furnace slag under different Al_(2)O_(3)ratio are studied.The test data are compared with the composition of typical blast furnace slag at home and abroad,and the reasonable slag making system of blast furnace at SGIS is put forward,which provides technical support for iron ore blending and blast furnace slag regulation,and ensures the smooth operation and high yield of blast furnace.
