摘 要:目的探究黄连生物碱对HEK293-OATP1B3介导的黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷转运的影响。方法采用稳定转染OATP1B3的HEK293细胞,以黄芩苷和汉黄芩苷为底物,小檗碱、药根碱、黄连碱、盐酸巴马汀作为抑制剂,进行药物转运实验,并进行含量测定。结果抑制剂组的黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷摄取量均低于对照组。结论黄连生物碱可抑制OATP1B3对黄芩苷和汉黄芩苷的转运。Objective To investigate the influence of Coptis chinensis alkaloid on the transport of baicalin and wogonoside mediated by OATP1B3.Methods HEK293 cells stably transfected with OATP1B3 were used to conduct a drug transport study,with baicalin and wogonoside as the substrates and berberine,jatrorrhizine,coptisine,and palmatine chloride as the inhibitors,and content determination was also performed.Results The inhibitor group had a significantly lower uptake of baicalin and wogonoside than the control group.Conclusion Coptis chinensis alkaloid can inhibit the transport of baicalin and wogonoside mediated by OATP1B3.
