摘　　要：目的探讨二甲双胍治疗利培酮所致精神分裂症患者糖脂代谢紊乱的临床效果。方法选取医院2018年10月至2021年10月收治的利培酮所致糖脂代谢异常的精神分裂症患者150例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各75例。两组患者均口服利培酮片,观察组患者加服盐酸二甲双胍片。两组患者均持续治疗3个月。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者治疗后的阳性与阴性症状量表评分显著降低(P<0.05);空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平及胰岛素抵抗指数均显著降低(P<0.05);甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白A水平均显著降低(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(13.33%比9.33%,P>0.05)。结论二甲双胍治疗利培酮所致精神分裂症患者糖脂代谢异常,可改善其相应指标水平。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of metformin in the treatment of schizophrenia patients with abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism induced by risperidone.Methods A total of 150 schizophrenia patients with abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism induced by risperidone admitted to the hospital from October 2018 to October 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 75 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups took Risperidone Tablets orally,on this basis,the patients in the observation group took Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets orally.Both groups were treated continuously for three months.Results After treatment,the score of the positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1C)and homeostasis model of assessment for insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and apolipoprotein A(apoA)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was similar to that in the control group(13.33%vs.9.33%,P>0.05).Conclusion Metformin in the treatment of schizophrenia patients with abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism induced by risperidone can improve the corresponding indexes levels.
