摘 要:甘肃某锑矿主要有价组分Sb含量为1.54%,矿石中主要的含锑矿物是辉锑矿,锑分布率高达95.42%,以锑华为主的锑氧化物含量较少,分布率为4.58%,矿石属原生硫化锑矿石。矿石中少部分辉锑矿被氧化,可能会对选矿过程中锑的回收率有一定的影响。辉锑矿在矿石中主要有四种分布形态:石英-辉锑矿脉、石英-方解石-辉锑矿脉、杂乱的粒状集合体和浸染星点状形态;辉锑矿结晶粒度整体较粗,属易选矿石。在矿石性质研究基础上,进行了该锑矿的选矿试验研究,固定磨矿细度为-0.074mm占50%,经一粗、二扫、三精的工艺流程,获得了产率3.01%,Sb品位48.57%、Sb回收率为94.80%的锑精矿,选矿指标较为理想,为该地区辉锑矿的开发利用提供了可靠的技术依据。The content of the main valuable component Sb in a Gansu antimony ore was 1.54%.The main antimony mineral in the ore was stibnite,with the distribution rate of antimony as high as 95.42%.The content of antimony oxide mainly dominated by valentinite was small,with the distribution rate of 4.58%.A small part of stibnite in the ore was oxidized,which may have a certain effect on the recovery of antimony in the beneficiation process.There were four main distribution forms of stibnite in ores:quartz-stibnite vein,quartz-calcite-stibnite vein,jumble granular aggregate and disseminated star dot form.Stibnite crystal size as a whole was coarse,which was easy to choose.On the basis of ore properties,the beneficiation test of the antimony ore was carried out.The fixed grinding fineness was 50%—0.074 mm.Through the process of one roughing,two scavengings and three cleanings,the antimony concentrate with yield of 3.01%,Sb grade of 48.57% and Sb recovery of 94.80% was obtained.It provided a reliable technical basis for the exploitation and utilization of stibnite in this area.
