摘 要:东非乌干达Busia金矿为中等硫化物石英脉型含金矿石,矿石中金属硫化物占6.71%,以黄铁矿为主,金属氧化物占1.63%,主要为磁铁矿、赤铁矿及褐铁矿;通过“重选—浮选”、“重选—全泥氰化”和“重选—浮选—浮选精矿氰化”三种工艺流程的对比,最终确定采用“重选—全泥氰化”工艺来回收金。在磨矿细度为-0.045mm占80%,氰化时间为24h的条件下,采用“重选—全泥氰化”工艺流程可以获得精矿金回收率为92.23%;而在再磨细度为-0.0385 mm占85%,氰化时间48h,采用“重选—浮选—浮选精矿氰化”工艺流程可以获得得到精矿浸出率为90.07%,金回收率为85.02%。The Busia gold deposit in Uganda,East Africa,was a gold-bearing ore of medium sulfide quartz vein type.The ore contained 6.71% of metal sulfides,mainly pyrite,and 1.63% of metal oxides,mainly magnetite,hematite and limonite.By comparing the three technological processes of“gravity separation-flotation”,“gravity separation-full slime cyanidation”and“gravity separation-floatation-flotation cyanide of flotation concentrate”,the technological processes of“gravity separation-full slime cyanidation”and“gravity separation-floatation-cyanide of flotation concentrate”were finally determined to recover gold.Under the conditions of grinding fineness of-0.045 mm accounting for 80% and cyanidation time of 24 h,the gold recovery of concentrate was 92.23% by adopting the process of“gravity separation and full slime cyanidation”.When the fineness of regrinding was-0.0385 mm accounting for 85% and the cyanide time was 48 h,the leaching rate of concentrate was 90.07% and the gold recovery was 85.02% by adopting the process of“gravity separation-flotation-flotation concentrate cyanidation leaching”.
