摘  要:通过有机结合离心叶轮与搅拌叶轮,前期设计了2+1结构模式的双叶轮控制系统浮选机。为了进一步优化双叶轮浮选机搅拌系统,设计了不同结构离心叶轮,分别对使用不同离心叶轮时浮选机充气、水力空化和磷矿浮选分选性能进行了研究。试验结果表明,浮选机的充气、空化性能与离心叶轮的结构特征有关。大叶轮直径和套筒结构有利于增大浮选机的充气量,直叶片中空轴打孔结构有利于增大离心叶轮水力空化强度。通过细粒难选胶磷矿浮选试验,发现分选性能受离心叶轮结构特征影响较大,叶轮直径较大、直叶片、带套筒、中空轴上部打孔的离心叶轮获得的浮选分离效果较好。与常规机械搅拌自吸式浮选机相比,双叶轮控制系统浮选机具有较好的分选性能,在最优条件下,浮选精矿P_(2)O_(5)的品位、回收率、选矿效率分别可以提高1.44、8.95和5.12个百分点。Through the combination of the centrifugal impeller and the stirring impeller,the flotation machine with dual impeller control system of the 2+1 structure mode was designed.In order to further optimize the mixing system of the double-impeller flotation machine,centrifugal impellers of different structures were designed.The aeration,hydraulic cavitation,and phosphate flotation separation performance using different centrifugal impellers were studied.The results showed that the aeration and cavitation performance of the flotation machine was related to the structural characteristics of the centrifugal impeller.Large impeller diameter and sleeve structure of centrifugal impeller were beneficial to increase the aeration capacity of the flotation machine.The perforated structure of the hollow shaft and straight blade were beneficial to the hydraulic cavitation strength of the centrifugal impeller.Through the flotation test of fine-grained refractory collophane ore,it was found that the flotation performance was greatly affected by the structural characteristics of the centrifugal impeller.The centrifugal impeller with larger diameter,straight blades,sleeves and perforation on the upper part of the hollow shaft obtained better flotation results.The double-impeller control system flotation machine showed supreme flotation performance compared to the conventional mechanical stirring flotation machine.Under the optimal conditions,the grade,recovery and flotation efficiency of the flotation concentrate were improved by 1.44,8.95,and 5.12 percentage points respectively.
