摘 要:为了解河南省信阳地区不同养殖场中致羔羊腹泻沙门菌的耐药性及耐药基因的携带状况,本试验于2018—2020年采集信阳地区不同养殖场中患腹泻羔羊的肛拭子、粪便等病料组织274份,随后进行细菌分离和PCR鉴定,并通过人工感染小鼠试验、K-B药敏纸片法和PCR法检测分离菌的致病性、耐药表型和耐药基因型。结果显示,从274份病料组织中分离得到了134株沙门菌,其中102株沙门菌对小鼠具有致病性,且对氨苄西林、庆大霉素、新霉素等10种抗菌药的耐药率介于70.6%~100.0%,对其他药物的耐药率介于8.8%~31.3%,分离菌以耐12、11种和10种药物为主,分别占致病菌株的15.7%、16.7%和14.7%;耐药基因sul 1、sul 2、sul 3、aac(3)-Ⅰv、aac(6′)-Ⅰb、tet(A)、tet(M)、tet(R)和mcr-1检出率为61.4%~100.0%,其他耐药基因检出率为4.9%~20.6%。由此可见,从信阳地区不同养殖场中分离的102株致羔羊腹泻沙门菌耐药性严重,且携带多种耐药基因。In order to investigate the drug resistance profiles and drug resistance genes of Salmonella from lamb diarrhea in different farms in Xinyang area,this study collected 274 rectal swabs and feces from lambs with diarrhea in different farms in Xinyang area between 2018 and 2020,and carried out bacterial isolation and PCR identification,along with artificial infection mice test,K-B disk method and PCR method to determine bacterial pathogenicity,drug resistance phenotype and drug resistance genotype.The results showed that among 134 Salmonella strains isolated from 274 diseased tissues,102 were pathogenic to mice,displayed resistance to ampicillin,gentamicin,neomycin and other 10 drugs between 70.6%-100.0%,and to other drugs between 8.8%-31.3%;further,15.7%,16.7%and 14.7%of pathogenic strains were resistant to 12,11 and 10 drugs,respectively;61.4%-100.0%of pathogenic strains harbored drug resistance genes sul 1,sul 2,sul 3,aac(3)-Ⅰv,aac(6′)-Ⅰb,tet(A),tet(M),tet(R)and mcr-1;and 4.9%-20.6%of pathogenic strains contained other drug resistance genes.Thus,102 Salmonella pathogenic strains causing lamb diarrhea from different farms in Xinyang area demonstrate strong drug resistance and carry a variety of drug resistance genes.
