摘  要:目的观察贵州小叶苦丁茶水煎液对糠秕马拉色菌皮肤感染模型豚鼠皮肤损伤的影响。方法采用连续7 d经皮涂抹糠秕马拉色菌液建立豚鼠糠秕马拉色菌皮肤感染模型,将建模成功的12只豚鼠随机分为干预组和自然恢复组;干预组用浓度为0.5 g/mL小叶苦丁茶水煎液涂于豚鼠感染区、连续处理10 d,自然恢复组涂生理盐水;通过皮损评分、菌落数、真菌转阴率及组织病理改变,评价小叶苦丁茶水煎液对豚鼠糠秕马拉色菌皮肤感染恢复的促进作用。结果与自然恢复组相比,第10天时干预组皮损评分明显下降(P<0.05),干预组菌落数低于自然恢复组(P<0.05),真菌转阴率高于自然恢复组(P<0.05);皮肤病理切片结果显示,与自然恢复组比较,干预组豚鼠皮损部位皮肤的皮脂腺少、角质层变薄、未发现孢子,而自然恢复组仍有少量孢子。结论小叶苦丁茶水煎液促进糠秕马拉色菌皮肤感染模型豚鼠皮损部位组织修复。Objective To observe the effects of the Guizhou small-leaf Kuding tea decoction application on promoting recovery of Malassezia furfur skin infection.Methods The models of M.furfur skin infection in guinea pigs were established by applying the M.furfur to the skin of guinea pigs consecutive 7 days.The guinea pigs with M.furfur skin infection were randomly divided into two groups intervention group and natural recovery group.The intervention group was treated with 0.5 g/mL Guizhou small-leaf Kuding tea decoction on the infected area of guinea pigs for 10 days,and the natural recovery group was treated with normal saline.The effects of the Guizhou small-leaf Kuding tea decoction external application on promoting recovery of M.furfur skin infection in guinea pigs were evaluated by observing skin lesions score,the numbers of bacteria,fungi negative rates and histopathological changes.Results Compared with the natural recovery group,the skin lesions score decreased significantly(P<0.05)in the external application group on the tenth day.The numbers of bacteria in intervention group was lower than that in natural recovery group(P<0.05).The results of skin pathological section showed that compared with the natural recovery group,there were fewer sebaceous glands and thinner cuticle in the intervention group,and no spores were found,while the natural recovery group still had a few spores.Conclusion The small-leaf Kuding tea application decoction can promote tissue recovery of skin lesions in guinea pigs infected with M.furfur.
