摘 要:针对超高速硬盒包装机多工位转盘在自重较大、超高速及多工位复杂载荷的条件下,其运动惯性冲击大和结构动态特性要求高的问题,分析了在额定工况下多工位转盘的工作载荷与约束,利用ANSYS Workbench平台对原型结构进行了有限元分析模型的构建,通过拓扑优化技术计算了多工位转盘在设计域中的最优拓扑优化材料分布特征,并以拓扑优化迭代结果的密度云图和几何模型为指导,运用梯度环形带与加强筋和梯度弧形槽与减重孔两种设计思路获得具有对称结构的多工位转盘优化设计方案。结果表明:梯度环形带与加强筋结构优化方案可同时满足静力学及结构固有频率要求,该优化方案质量较原型减少了16.33%,最大等效应力降低了11.25%,动态比刚度效能提高了4.14%。Aimed at the problems that the multi-workstation revolver of ultra high-speed packaging machine had high motion inertia impact and high structure dynamic characteristics under the condition of large dead weight,ultra high-speed rotation and complex multi-workstation load.The paper analyzed the working load and constraint condition of multi-workstation revolver under rated working condition,and the finite element analysis model was constructed by using ANSYS Workbench platform,and the optimal topology optimization material distribution characteristics of multi-workstation revolver in the design domain was calculated with topology optimization technology,and based on the topology optimization density map and 3D model,two optimized schemes were constructed by the structure scheme of gradient ring band and stiffener and the structure scheme of gradient arc groove and weight reduction hole respectively with symmetric structure.The results showed that the structure scheme of gradient ring band and stiffener is optimal,which can be meet the static and structural natural frequency requirements under proper working load at the same time,compared with the prototype design,the quality of the optimal structure scheme is reduced by 16.33%,and the maximum equivalent stress of the optimal structure scheme is reduced by 11.25%,and the dynamic specific stiffness efficiency of the optimal structure scheme is increased by 4.14%.
